Alan G. Lefkowitz, CPA has over 30 years of domestic and international business experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, construction and real estate. Alan has expertise in developing and implementing improvements in financial reporting and control processes and is uniquely qualified to bring both the comprehensive skills of a chief financial officer with the savvy of a seasoned client service professional.

Alan was the CFO of mid-sized construction and real estate property management companies for over 10 years, where he managed and led them through significant growth and record earnings. As CFO, Alan oversaw the financial performance of significant construction projects, including Yankee Stadium, the Goldman Sachs office tower, and other exciting projects in the New York metropolitan area. He developed and implemented a variety of innovative financial reporting processes and models that have enabled companies to improve management oversight, adjust business plans, and improve cash management and profitability, and improve cost management.
Alan was a senior manager for over 10 years, with KPMG and Price water house Coopers, two of the world’s largest professional services firms where he developed expertise in client service in a wide range of industries. He was later the Head of Audit-Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong, for two international financial services firms where he was responsible for evaluating and developing control improvements for commercial banking, capital markets, and real estate businesses.
Alan has a B.A. from Michigan State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Construction Financial Managers Association, and the Financial Executives Networking Group. He is also a master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming, the art of developing peak performance. He lives in New Jersey with his wife of 30 years, and he has two grown children.
