CFO Strategies’ partners are trained career coaches and have mentored and coached other professionals for many years. In addition, our partners have instructed executive education courses for continuing professional development.

Many small to mid-size business do not have budgets for staff training and development. Many of these businesses rely upon on-the-job training for staff development and that can be time consuming and inefficient. What’s worse, the knowledge obtained by staff will leave with the staff if and when the staff person leaves the company.
What We Do
Like our coaching services, CFO Strategies will provide specifically tailored training to your staff on various back-office functions, from accounting and reporting, to cash management and forecasting, and day-to-day operational functions. Further, we will build in the measurement tools to make sure that the training and development is effective.
