We keep your WIP schedule, job costs and cash forecast current, prepare the statements your bank and surety ask for, and help you plan before problems show up in the numbers.
We also work with home service companies, including a fairly large HVAC company, and we’ve worked in plumbing and plumbing supply. The work is the same as for contractors: monthly books and reports, job costing, cash flow forecasting and planning.
We work with construction companies of every size, from startups and $2 million contractors to firms doing $20 million to $40 million a year, and several of our clients carry more than $100 million in backlog. We serve contractors across New Jersey and New York, with virtual support everywhere else.
We also work with a small number of companies in other industries: law firms, non-profits and education, country clubs, financial advisory, and transportation and logistics.
