Alan was the CFO of mid-sized construction and real estate property management companies for over 10 years, where he managed and led them through significant growth and record earnings. As CFO, Alan oversaw the financial performance of significant construction projects, including Yankee Stadium, the Goldman Sachs office tower, and other exciting projects in the New York metropolitan area. He developed and implemented a variety of innovative financial reporting processes and models that have enabled companies to improve management oversight, adjust business plans, and improve cash management and profitability, and improve cost management.
